Recommended for 1 CPE in Non-technical Behavioral Ethics at the basic
level.
Program is suitable at the basic level for individuals who
have routine interactions with others that could potentially lead to conten
tious conversations. OK Ethics makes n
o guarantees as it is up to the individual practitioner to determine releva
nce to their specific area of practice.
“ President Pierson will discuss how working with three distinct stakeholders , students, faculty, and staff, at a mid-size public university has advance d her understanding of what ethical behavior looks like in practice and exp lain how the different perspectives of each population creates challenges i n the university’s commitment to transparency, efficiency, and academic exc ellence.”
I will use current research to suppor t my story and may even have some data that aligns with current research on ethical behavior and “employee voice.”
